Shipping Policy – Grazing Platters in the 6ix

At Grazing Platters in the 6ix, every order is handcrafted fresh with care and intention. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, our delivery process is designed to ensure the highest quality experience from our kitchen to your table.

📦 Delivery Areas

We currently offer local delivery across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including:
Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Oakville, Pickering, and surrounding areas.

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us prior to placing your order.

🚚 Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are available 6 days a week
  • Time windows are selected at checkout
  • We aim to deliver within your selected window, however slight delays may occur due to traffic or weather

⏰ Order Cut-Off Times

  • Orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance
  • Next-day orders may be accommodated based on availability (premium rush fees may apply)

💳 Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance from our kitchen
  • Premium time slots (early morning, late evening, peak holidays) may include an additional fee

🎁 Gifting & Contactless Delivery

  • Custom gift notes are available at checkout
  • Contactless delivery is available upon request
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be left in a safe location when possible

❗ Important Delivery Information

  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or no response, re-delivery fees will apply
  • Once delivered, Grazing Platters in the 6ix is not responsible for items left unattended

❄️ Product Care Upon Delivery

Our grazing boxes and platters are made fresh and should be:

  • Refrigerated upon arrival
  • Enjoyed within 4–6 hours for optimal freshness (or stored properly for later consumption)

🚫 Shipping Outside GTA

At this time, we do not offer shipping via courier due to the perishable nature of our products. All orders are delivered locally to maintain our luxury quality standards.
