Our courier partner delivers within the Toronto and surrounding area. Cost of delivery is location and time of day dependant, calculation is done upon checkout on our website if you are within our primary serving area, outside of that area a quote can be provided via e-mail.

Our standard delivery time is between 9am - 5pm.  We have the option of delivery before noon for select areas; this will be an option at checkout.  If you have a special request, please let us know.  We will try to facilitate time specific requests.  Delivery times are always within a timeframe.

Curbside pickup is possible within a time window, this is generally provided when requested. Please note we are not a storefront.

We offer one-hour pick-up windows in Scarborough.

Pick-up within their selected window is suggested as we cannot guarantee that the personnel will be available outside of the time specified. If you are running late, please let us know.

Upon checking out, we require customers to enter all necessary contact information required to successfully complete delivery (Recipient full name, delivery address including any necessary buzzer codes, phone number of the recipient and delivery instructions).

If a delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will call the telephone number(s) in the order. If no one can be reached by telephone, the courier calls the Grazing Platters in the 6ix logistics manager and we then attempt to contact the recipient and customer.

If after these attempts the recipient cannot be reached, the item(s) shall be left in the most recognizable safe space at the delivery address or if applicable, a concierge. As our products are perishable food items, it is not possible for it to be couriered back and delivered later in the day. Grazing Platters in the 6ix is not responsible for the product(s) if no one is available to receive it.
