Refund policy

Grazing Platters in the 6ix reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Refunds and cancelations

Orders may be canceled with a full refund once requested in writing 36 hours in advance.  If special circumstances arise and you need to cancel it later than 36 hours, please contact us.  If we have not procured the items for your order, we will gladly cancel and refund your order.   

Grazing Platters in the 6ix sells perishable products, and as such we have a strict no returns policy. We do however try our best to offer a replacement item in cases or error.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please take a picture.  To be eligible for a replacement item, get in touch with us through our contact us page or send us an email at info @ grazingplattersinthe6ix.com.  You will be contacted by a member of our team within 48 hours.
